The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct a new 8' tall cedar privacy fence along the west and south sides of the property as follows: a. 154 linear feet, 2" x 6" board on board with a 12" cap with 1" x 1" trim underneath, mounted on cedar rails, supported on steel posts; b. All steel posts to be encased with wood; 2. Construct a new cedar two rail fence, mounted on cedar posts 3' high along the south side of the property, from the end of the new privacy fence to the existing stone gate post; as per the attached drawings and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. Please note this approved Certifiqate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit ' is' / is not required.
