REV. CN. STAT. ANN., ART. 1011a - 1011g BY AMENDING CERTAIN SPECIFIED SECTIONS OF SAID ORDINANCE BY AMENDING THE REGULATIONS CONTAINED THEREIN, SAID SECTIONS TO BE AMENDED BEING SUBSECTIONS 7-102, 7-302, 7-306, 7-407, 7- 506, 7-704, 7-706, 7-801 OF SECTION 7 AND FINDING THAT ALL NECESSARY LEGAL REQUIREMENTS RELATNE TO NOTICE AND HEARINGS AND ALL JURISDICTIONAL MATTERS HAD - BEEN ADDRESSED AND SATISFIED; FINDING THAT THE PUBLIC HEALTH, SAFETY, MORALS AND GENERAL WELFARE REQUIRE THE AMENDMENTS TO BE APPROVED; PROVIDE A SEVER- ABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDE A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200.00) AND A SEPARATE OFFENSE SHALL BE DEEMED COMMITTED UPON EACH DAY DURING OR ON WHICH A VIOLATION OCCURS; AND DE- CLARING AN EMERGENCY AND EFFECTNE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council has duly considered after a public hearing the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission relative to proposed regulatory changes in Appendix A of the Grapevine City Code, same being Ordinance No. 70-10, a Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance for the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission after holding a public hearing relative to the proposed amendments and after all legally required notices had been given and all required public hearings had been conducted did find that the public health, safety, morals and general welfare of the City demand that the proposed changes be made and said Planning and Zoning Commission did recommend same to the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1. That all matters contained in the preamble are found to be true and correct and are incorporated herein as if copied in their entirety. Section 2.
