Please label the site plan sheet dimensional control site plan and note the following comments. Dimensional Control Site Plan sheet: • Provide a graphic and numeric scale, north arrow and vicinity map. • Add case number SP14-05 to the lower right hand corner of the dimensional control site plan. • Dimension the proposed building to the north and west property lines and dimension the existing building to the east and south property lines. • Add the amount of right-of-way for Wall Street and Dooley Street. • Note the location and size of existing and proposed water and sewer public utilities on and adjacent to the site including fire hydrant locations. • Verify the data used in the landscape area requirements table. • Required parking for the proposed use and the existing use is 35 -parking spaces.
