Revisions to previously approved detached covered pavilion as follows: add a new masonry fire place; add a new partial height wall along south side of the pavilion; as per the attached plans, specifications, and photos with the conditions a permit is obtained from the Building Department and all exterior materials, finishes, hardware and exterior light fixtures are required to be approved on a separate Certificate(s) of Appropriateness. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
