This letter confirms that on August 26, 2009 Historic Preservation Commission
approved with conditions #CA09 -40, for property addressed at 511 East Franklin Street, legally
described Block 112, Lot 3, City of Grapevine. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
Construction of a new home as per submitted plans with the condition that wood windows
and doors shall be used and all exterior materials finishes and paint colors shall be staff
approved under a separate CA and that a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817 - 410 -3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
