Lipsccmh, Harper, Gordon, iley Nays: None Absent- Czapanskiy Art Gordon rude a motion to accept the proposal of Mr. Wright, that a building permit be taken out within 30 days, work to commence within six months, and work completed within a year, and also Mr. Wright meet with a City Inspector to determine whether the floor joists and support structures are sound. H. J. Harper seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Lipscomb, Harper, Gordon, Bailey Nays: None Absent: Czapanskiy NEW BUSINESS DANGEROUS BUILDING #88 -01, HARVEY AND ASSOCIATES The first item of new business was for the Building Board of Appeals to conduct a Public Hearing relative to Dangerous Building #88 -08, owned by Harvey and Associates for the dwelling located at the southwest corner of Ira E. Woods and Old Pool Road. Greg Wheeler announced that the owners of this property had taken out a demolition permit last week, the house has been torn down and the debris cleaned up. BUILDING BOARD OF APPEALS #88 -01, WRIGHT DEEP= The next item of new business was for the Building Board of Appeals to consider BBA #88 -01, submitted by Wright Development, who is requesting a variance from City Ordinance No. 71 -32, Article 4, Fences, Section 7 -125, Height Requirements, for the entrance to the Timberline South Addition. Greg Wheeler stated that the developer is wanting to exceed the eight (8') foot height restriction with two twelve (12') foot high arches for the entrance into the subdivision. Mr. Wheeler stated that Staff feels this would enhance the entrance and recommends approval. with no further discussion, H. J. Harper made a motion to accept the City's recommendation and grant the variance. Art Gordon seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Lipscomb, Harper, Gordon, Bailey Nays: None Absent: Czapanskiy
