Home My WebLink AboutRES 1989-009 RESOLUTION NO. gg-pg A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS AUTHORIZING CERTAIN DESIGNATED MEMBERS OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT TO WIRE TRANSFER CITY FUNDS ON DEPOSIT AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK, GRAPEVINE; PROVIDING AN *� -� EFFECTIVE DATE „��,, WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine, Texas, (the "City") by and through certain members of the City' s Finance Department, from time to time requests the First National Bank, Grapevine to transfer funds between the Consolidated Cash and Payroll accounts at First National Bank, Grapevine and from the Consolidated Cash account to third party banks. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1 . That the above and foregoing preamble is incorporated herein as if copied herein in its entirety. Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and empowered to execute the Funds Transfer Agreement with First National Bank, Grapevine (the "Bank") a true and correct copy of which Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" . Section 3. That the officers and employees of the City listed on Exhibit "C" attached hereto are authorized to transfer """�' City funds between the Consolidated Cash Account and the Payroll account on deposit with the Bank, and between the said accounts �,,,,,, and third party banks, in accordance with the Funds Transfer Agreement as limited by the Authorization For Funds Transfer a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" . The City Manager is hereby authorized to delete and appoint persons from Exhibit "C" as required. Section 4 . The authority conferred herein may be exercised singly by any of such officers and shall continue in full force and effect until such time as written notice of the revocation of such authority shall be provided to the Bank. Section 5 . That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its date of passage.
