This letter confirms on November 4, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved
#CA20-104 for the property addressed 630 South Main Street, legally described as Block
15, Lot C, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following.-
1. On the exterior rear wall of the tenant space, install two through the wall vent
openings for fresh air intake and exhaust air for new kitchen stove and cooking
area;
2. Install metal vent hoods at each opening with color to be painted to match the
surrounding brick color-,
as per the attached photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is.1 is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
