This letter confirms on November 9, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA20-

approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint the house in a new color scheme as follows:
Body of House: Sherwin Williams #SW 2829, "Classical White";
House Trim: Benjamin Moore's #HC-170, "Stonington Gray";
as per attached color swatches and photos as noted.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
