approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint the house in a new color scheme as follows:
Body of House: Sherwin Williams's #SW 2822, "Downing Sand", -
House Trim and Shutters: Sherwin Williams's #SW 2841, "Weathered Shingle";
Doors and Accents: Sherwin Williams's #SW 2802, "Rookwood Red";
as per attached color swatches and photo.
An approved C0ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / t is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
