Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning ordinance shall
have, from the date of submittal, a period of four months to request and be scheduled on an
agenda before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council, If after said period of
four months an application has not been scheduled before the Commission and Council said
application shall be considered withdrawn, with forfeiture of all filing fees. The application,
along with the required filing fee may be resubmitted any time thereafter for reconsideration.
Delays in scheduling applications before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City
Council created by city staff shall not be considered a part of the four month period.

You received this notice because you are a property owner within 200 feet of the
subject tract of land as shown by the most recent City- approved tax rolls. If you can
not or do not wish to attend the hearing, the attached form is provided for your
convenience.
If owners of more than 20% of the property within 200 feet of the subject tract object
to the case, a 3/4 vote of the City Council is required to approve the request. To be
considered a part of the area property owners that object, the attached form, or a
written response must be returned to the Department of Development Services no
later that 5:00 p.m. on the day preceding the public hearing.
You may appear in person during the public hearing to state your opinion
concerning the request in lieu of a written response however, your in- person protest
of the referenced case will not be considered when calculating the percentage of
property necessary to require a 3/4 vote of the City Council.
Purpose of Request:
The public hearing is to consider an application submitted by Pamela Craig for property located at
1000 International Parkway, Terminal A -2 Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport. The applicant is
requesting a conditional use permit for the possession, storage, retail sale and on- premise
consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) in conjunction with a proposed
food service establishment at the Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport. The property is owned
by the Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport.

REQUESTED CONDITIONAL USE AND COMMENTS:
The applicant is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to allow the possession, storage.
retail sale, and on- premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine, mixed drinks)
in conjunction with a proposed food service establishment at the Dallas / Fort Worth
International Airport.
The applicant proposes to use the location as a food service establishment and provide
alcoholic beverage service to the patrons of the Dallas / Fort Worth International Airport at
Terminal A -2 (Satellite Terminal) between Columns 8 and 9.
PRESENT USE:
The property is currently developed as the Dallas /Fort Worth International Airport.

AIRPORT IMPACT:
The subject tract is partially located within "Zone C ", zone of greatest effect, as defined on
the "Aircraft Sound Exposure: Dallas /Fort Worth Regional Airport Environs" map. Industrial
and commercial uses that can tolerate high levels of sound exposure are appropriate in
"Zone C ". The proposed use is appropriate for this noise zone.
MASTER PLAN APPLICATION:
The Master Plan designates the subject property as governmental land use. The existing
property is developed in compliance with the Master Plan.

I am submitting this letter with the application for a Conditional Use Permit for Anton Airfoods
of Texas Inc. at DFW International Airport (Airport) in Terminal A2. Our client has been given
the exclusive right for concessions in Terminal A2 by the Airport authorities.
Anton Airfoods of Texas Inc. will provide food and beverage concessions, including the sale of
alcoholic beverages, to patrons arriving and departing from Terminal A2 at the Airport. A
sample of the menu of food and beverages to be served by Anton Airfoods of Texas Inc. dba
Vintage Texas is attached.
We do not believe there will be any substantial harm or loss of any property value in the area by
the authorized use of alcoholic beverages by our client. If anything, patrons arriving from around
the Nation, and possibly the world, will enjoy having the ability to choose a glass of wine, mug
of beer or their favorite cocktail with the variety of food offered by Anton Airfoods of Texas, Inc.
I hope I have covered the information you need in making your decision for our client to obtain a
conditional use permit for the authorized sale of alcoholic beverages at Terminal A2 at the
