Remove existing sign board from building and replace with new 20" high by 77" wide aluminum sign board, with the new tenant business name, "Pepperology"; graphics are to be painted on the aluminum board, no vinyl letters or film is allowed; as per the attached photo with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
