This letter confirms on November 13, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA20-56 for the property addressed 420 East College Street,
legally described as Block 23, Lot 2R1, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved
on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Revised design for the walkway covers between the house and garage; the
maximum roof projection from the house and from the garage is limited to 2'-0";
as per the attached revised plan sheets A-1 and A-2, with the conditions a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
