A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL SITE SELECTION
COMMITTEE, OBJECTIVES OF SAID COMMITTEE, NUMBER OF
COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND TERMS OF SAID MEMBERS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
deems it necessary to establish a Municipal Site Selection Committee,

WHEREAS, said Municipal Site Selection Committee shall be
� responsible to the City Council for making recommendations relevant
to the following objective:
l. To actively assist the City Council in the selection
of an architectural firm that will actively seek a
tract of land suitable for construction of a Municipal
Complex.
WHEREAS, said Committee shall consist of the following
members and terms of office:
Four (4) members of the Grapevine City Council. One (1)
member of the Planning & Zoning Commission. One other
member being the City Manager of the City of Grapevine,
Texas . All members are to be app ointed by the Mayor of
the City of Grapevine and shall serve a term of one year.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Grapevine, Texas,
that the establishment of Municipal Site Selection Committee is
� = herein made; and that Mayor William D. Tate, or his successor, is
hereby authorized and directed to appoint four (4) members of the
�:, :� City Council, and one (1) member of the Planning & Zoning Commission
to serve on said committee for a term of one year.
