• Label survey exhibit as Dimensional Control Site Plan.
• Add the adjacent zoning to the west, east and south respectively as
"CBD' Central Business District, "CN" Neighborhood Commercial
District and "LI" Light Industrial District.
• Please provide a site data table to include the following:
o Site zoning is "CBD" Central Business District
o Area of site 11 ,874 square feet
o Quantity of existing parking spaces

o No portion of the storage shed is permitted within an existing
utility easement.
BUILDING ELEVATIONS
• Place the exterior elevations on one 24" x 36" sheet, label the
exterior materials and include the percent masonry.

atriplettft- rapevinetexas.gov. Please do not reproduce copies
requested below prior to Planning Staff approval.
The above comments must be reflected in the final revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The final revised submittal shall include:
Two (2) unfolded, unbound blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum size
22" x 34")
