SUBJECT: C000-60, Conoco
RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends the Site Plan Review Committee consider the proposed changes to
the previously approved site plan associated with CU97-17, Conoco, approved by
Council on June 17, 1997, and take any action necessary.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
The original conditional use permit approving the possession, storage, retail sale and
off -premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer and wine only) in conjunction with
a convenience store was approved by Council in 1997 (CU97-17).
The applicant is now requesting to revise the approved site plan with the addition of a
23 -foot pole sign to be located in the northeast corner of the site. Staff recommended
that the applicant change the request from a 23 -foot pole sign to a 10 -foot monument
sign, however, the applicant did not wish to change the request.
