Ezell administered the oath of office to � � Councilmen elect Carlton Pittard and Phil Parker. � � � ti Harold Kaker, Chairman of the Charter Review Committee , discussed � � proposed changes in the City Charter with the City Council . , � � After discussing the proposed changes in the City Charter, Council- � � man Eidson made a motion to pass Ordinance 72=18, an Ordinance calling for revisions in certain sections of the City Charter. � Councilman Pittard seconded the motion.
