This letter confirms on December 7, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff
approved with conditions #CA20-113 for the property addressed 211 East Werth Street,
legally described as Block 35, Lot 4, City of Grapevine Texas. The fcliowing was approved on
this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Remove the existing fire damaged roof as necessary; replace with new wood
framing, sheathing and a new composition shingle roof;
2. Remove the fire damaged interior and exterior materials and replace, matching
those of the original house, in material, type, size and dimension;
as per the attached photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building
Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permits`- / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 81i: 10.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
