� Councilman Parker was absent. �

� Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Councilman Dalton �
gave the invocation. ¢
� The Planning & Zoning Commission � s report on Zone Change �
Application Z 72-11 was read. Love-Henry and Associates re- �
; quested Planned Development on this application. The Planning �
� and Zoning Commission approved this application. Councilman
� Dalton made a motion to table any further action on this �'
application at this time. Councilman Pittard seconded the �
:; motion. The motion prevailed by the following vote: �

r Ayes: Dalton, Conine, Pittard, Tate and Pirkle. �;
:; Noes : None
� Abstained: Eidson �

� William Ihnfeldt made application to place a Mobile Home at �
� 2717 Anderson-Gibson Road. The Planning & Zoning Commission �
; � approved this application. �'

; Councilman Eidson made a motion to approve the application. '
� Councilwoman Conine seconded the motion. The motion prevailed �
by the following vote: �
Ayes : Dalton, Conine, Pittard, Tate , Pirkle and Eidson. �

� Mr. Leon Zetley requested a 90 day extension on his Specific
; Use Permit for town house development in the Littlejohn
; Addition. Councilman Pittard made a motion to grant the 90 �
; day extension. Councilman Dalton seconded the motion. The �

� Ayes : Dalton, Conine, Pittard, Tate , Pirkle and Eidson. �
