meeting in the City Hall with the following members present:

Mayor Pirkle called the meeting to order. Councilman Dalton
gave the invocation.
Councilman Pittard made a motion to approve the minutes of
the previous meeting of October 3, 1972. Councilman Dalton �
seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by the following �
vote:

Mr. Eubanks and Mr. Sells ot First Southwest Company were �

present with the proposed contract for fiscal services to ;?
: the city. Councilman Eidson made a motion to approve the
contract. Councilwoman Conine seconded the motion. The
motion prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Parker, Dalton, Eidson, Pittard, Tate, Pirkle & Conine. '

Noes : None
Councilman Dalton made a motion to pass Resolution R72-29, a
resolution authorizing the mayor to make application for a :
federal grant to construct waste water treatment facilities . `
Councilman Tate seconded the motion. The motion prevailed by
the following vote:
' Ayes: Dalton, Eidson, Pittard, Tate, Pirkle, Conine & Parker.
Noes : None
Councilwoman Conine made a motion to pass Resolution R72-30 ,
a resolution authorizing the mayor to submit an application to
the Texas Water Quality Board requesting financial assistance

to construct certain waste water treatment facilities . �
' Councilman Eidson seconded the motion. The motion prevailed
by the following vote:
Ayes : Eidson, Pittard, Tate , Pirkle , Conine, Parker & Dalton. c
Noes: None �
Architect A1 Mikusek presented and discussed preliminary �lans
and drawings pertaining to development of the city parks .

pertaining to the school bond election in November. �

� appointment of Maxine Eidson to the Library Board at this time . �
