The City Secretary of the City of Grapevine, Texas, shall hereafter be the Local Registrar of births, deaths, and stillbirths occurring in the City of Grapevine, Texas. SECTION 2. The City Secretary of the City of Grapevine, Texas, shall immediately select a Deputy - Registrar to the end and that at all times a Registrar shall be available. SECTION 3. The City Secretary functioning as the Local Registrar and the party functioning as Deputy - Registrar shall perform all duties and responsibilities imposed upon them by the laws of the State of Texas.
