COUNCIL RESOLUTION NO. 73-16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed
to execute a contract with the Estes Sanitation Service Company all in accordance
with the bid, specifications and contract documents attached hereto and
incorporated herein for all purposes.
SECTION 2. The City of Grapevine shall have the authority to
cancel this contract at any time upon the giving of one hundred twenty (120) days
written notice.
SECTION 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after
its date of passage and it is accordingly so ordered.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, ON THIS THE 20th
