Members present were Mayor Woods and Councilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Da.lton and Foust. Councilman Huber was absent. Minutes of the Previous meeting were read and approved. 015 Mr. Clarence I�erndon and Mr. 8� Mrs. Bill Tillery were present to find out the Councilts findirigs of investigation on their complaint about the Police Department. 020 Aririexatiori Ordinance No. 67-12 was read on second reading. Motior� by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Benedict to pass and approve Annexation ,Ordinance No. 67-12 on second and final reading. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilman Benedic�, Pirkie, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes.
