RESOLUTION 72-30
WHEREAS, it is contemplated that the CITY OF GRAPEYINE,
TEXAS will construct certain waste water treatment facilities;
and it is deemed necessary and proper to apply for a_ federal grant
under the Federal Water Pollut�on Control Act, Public Law 660, as
amended.
WHEREAS the above named applicant has appointed Willis
Pirkle, Mayor, or his successor, duly authorized and directed to `

� make application for a federal grant under Public law 660, as amended, �'

and to sign the Acceptance of the Offer, when made, and any other
nec�ssary documents required to complete the project on behalf of the
above named Applicant.
BE IT RESOLVED that the above named representative is hereby
authorized and directed to submit an application to the Texas Water
Quality Board requesting financial assistance and said official
representative execute the application and appear before the Texas
Water Quality Board as the Board may direct.
