SEPTEMBER 5, 1967
A regular meeting of the Gr�,pevine City Cauncil was held on 5eptember
5, 1967. Menlbers present were P�layor UToods and Counci lmen Benedict ,
Pirkle , Huber, Dalton and Foust.
Bids were oper�ed arid rea�l for thz custody of City Funds for the two
yEar period beginning October l , 1967 and ending September 30, 1967.
Bids were from the Fir�st National Bank of Grapevine and the American
Bank of Commerce of Grapevi �te. A copy of these bids are attached
hereto atld are a part of the minutes. Rlfotion by Councilman Foust,
seconUed by Counci lmat� Dalton to set a call meetin;g for September
7th to make the award of the cor�t eact. P�4otion carried by a yes vote
by Councilman Be�edict, Pirkle,���ton and roust. There were no noes.
On this date a public hearirlg was held �or the consideratior� of Re-
zoning appl.ications nos. b7-1� and 67-1�. i�-lotion by Councilman Foust
seconded by Councilmart Huber to accept the recommer:dation of the
Pla�lning and Zoning CommiJJ�.O�{ attd decline �1�� applic.ation 67-1L� �
on which Robert Gallagher had asked for "B" Dwelling �2istrict
II'� Zoning on the �outh Half of 'Lots 1 thru ��., Block 101.�. College heights
', Addition. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen Benedict,
