H regular meeting of the Grapevine City Counci 1 was hel.d o�, Sep�-
em.ber 19, 1�67. Members present were ?dlayor Woo�s anc. Counei�men
Pirkl�, Huber, Dalton andFoust. Councilmarl Benedic� arrived at
9 :25 P.M.
Mr. Robert Crallagher and daughter Mrs. Pearson were present wi'�h a
petiti on signed by r�eighbors of Mr. Gallagher stating that they have
no objection to a trailer house being put on Mr. Gall�.gherts Lot.
Mr. Gallagher requested t�.at he be given a permit to move a house
trailer on his lot for his daughter to live in. Motion by Council-
man Foust, secon�ed by Cpuncilman Dalton to de2ay action on ti:e
matter to allow time for furtner consideration. Motion carried by
a ,yes vote by Councilnen Pirkle, Huber, Dal�on and Foust. There �:
were t�o noes.
Mr. Paul Whorton and Carey Lavender were present to submit Mr. Whorton�s
plans for his proposed subdivision to the council for approve2. Motion
by Councilman Pirkle, seconded by Councilnan Foust to approve the
�� plan as submitted witl�l understandittg that the deed restrictions
outlirled by Mr. Whorton are proveded for. Motion carried by a yes
vote by Cour�cilman pirkle, Dalton, Huber, and Foust. There wer�
no noes.
On t�.is date a public hearing was held for the consideration of
Re2oning Hpplications Nos. 67-16, 67-17 and 67-19. Motiol by Council-
ma.n Huber, seconded by Councilman Daltor� to delay xction or1 Hpp-
lication 67-16 on which �rnold and Marvir� Dobeka request "B" Dwelling
Zonit�g or� lots 1, 2, 3, 13, 1l�, & 15, Black 10, Bellaire xddi�n to
I allow more time for consideration. Motion carried by a yes vote
by Councilmen Pirkle, Huber, Daltor� and Foust. There were t�o noes.

limits was discussed. No official action was taken.

discussed. It was decided City Manager Flny E2eI1 will get with
the City�s Consulting Engineers and mat-.e a study of the rteeded
