Proposed Speed Zone Ordinance No. 68-2 was introduced and read in full, �.. and after due discussion a MOTION by Councilnan Pirkle, seconded by Councilman Huber to pass Proposed Ordinance 68-2 on first reading. M�TION carried by a yes vote by Counci�men Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. *�e footnote for Ordinance Caption. MCYTION by Councilman Benedict, seconded by Council�an Dalton to ' authorize proceeding with preparation of the sale of the safe aaximum amount of revenue and tax bonds without an increase in wa�ter rates and prc�perty taxes. MOTION carYied by a yes vote by Councilaen B�nedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust. The�re were no noes. � Needed water line extensions on Dove Road and West on Spur 382 were discussed. It was decided the City will proceed with a 6t� , watez line on Spu �I ��2� West from Dove Road and a 10" on Dove Road North fro� -��i�lf�i�gfi�y as funds are available for the City forces to do the w�rk. The Council approved the appointment of Danny Cordes as Animal Control Officer in the place of Don Hall who resigned. ' Assessment evaluations were discussed. No changes were aade. I On this date the Planning and Zoning Board held a public bearing � for the consideration of rezoning application No. 6�-29 0� which W. R. Hilliard reqnested "C & D" Mnitiple D�velling District � Zoning on his Lots 3, 4, & 5, Block 102, College Heights Addition. MOTION by Councilaan B2r�edict, seconded by (buncilaan Pirkle to accept the recoa�end�tion of the Pla�aning and Zoning Board and deny the request on Application 6?-29. MOTION carzied by a yes vote by Councilaen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber, Dalton and Foust.
