City Hall with the follocving members present :

A quorum being constituted the follocving business was transacted:

Minutes of the previous regular meeting of March 5, 1968 were �
read and approved.
' A group of citizens from the newly annexed Sh�recrest Acr�s
Addition were present.
I. Zoning Amendment Ordinance Number 68-1 was read on second and
final reading. Councilman Dalton made a MOTION ta approve said
Ordinance on second and final reading. Councilman Foust seconded �
the MOTION. MOTION prevailed by the following vote: �
Ayes : Councilmen Benedict, Huber, Dalton and Foust.

II. A request for the City to place a street light at the corner of
Peach and �cribner Streets was reviewed. Councilman Foust made
a MOTION to issue a work order for Texas Power & Light Company
to place a street light at the corner of �'each and Scribner
Streets. Councilman Benedict seconded the MOTION. MOTION pre-
vailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilman Benedict, Huber, Dalton and Foust.

III. A proposed ozdinance numUerzd 68-6 abandoning an alley in Block
15, Original Tocvn of Grapevine, was introduced and rea� in full.
Aft�r due discus�ion, Councilman F-(�ber made a MOTION to pass said
ordinance on first readiny. MOTION seconded by Councilman Daston.
MUTION prevailed by thF follocving vote:
