A RESOLUTION CLOSING STREETS AND ROADS IN THE
CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ,TO FACILIATE THE
BUILDING OF A REGIONAL AIRPORT
Whereas , the City Council of the City of Grapevine , Texas
has found and determined that it will be for the benefit of
said city to close the streets and roads between the points
set out in Exhibit "All attached hereto and designated on the
plat which is also attached as Exhibit "B; and both of which
exhibits are made a part hereof, to enable the Regional Airport
to be built.
Now therefore , be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Grapevine , Texas :
That the designated streets and roads as aforesaid shall
be and are now closed to the public to enable the development
of the Regional Airport.
Passed and approved , on this 4th day of February ,
E 1969, at the City Hall in Grapevine , Texas by unaminous vote
of the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas .

The undersigned hereby make application for the vacation and abandonment
of that portion of the above named road particularly described in Exhibit
No. I , attached. In support of this application, the undersigned represent
and warrant the following:
l , The undersigned will hold the City of Grapevine harmless,
and indemnify it against all suits, costs, expenses,
and damages that may arise or grow out of such vacation
and abandonment;
2. Attached, marked Exhibit No. 2, is a plat or sketch of
the road sought to be vacated and the surrounding
area to the nearest roads in all directions , showing
the abutting lots and blocks , and the addition in which
the above described portion of such road is situated,
together with the record owners of such lots;
3. Attached, marked Exhibit No. 3, is the consent of public
utilities to such vacation;
4. Attached, .marked Exhibit No. 4, is the consent to such
vacation to all the abutting property owners, except
the following. (If none, so state.)

Road No. 3056, thence crossing Lipscomb Koonce Road and proceeding North
