That the City of Grapevine Ordinance No . 70-10, being the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grpaevine, Texas , same being also known as Title 10 of �.� the City Code o� Grapevine , Texas , be, and the same is hereby amended and changed in tl-iat tl-�e use tl-ie fo llowing described property , to-wit: � BEING a tract of land situated in the W.C. Lucas Addition, Lot 3, Block 2, o� the City of Grapevine , Tarrant County , Texas ; and the adjacent alley as recorded in Volume 5636, Page 700 ORTC, and more fully described as �ollows : BEGINNING at tl-ie Nortl-�west corner o� Lot 1 , Blk. 1 ; W.C. S£CTION 6' alltbehdeem dSto be severable andtthat if ordinance sh the validity of the zoning affecting any portion of the tract or tracts of land described herein shall be declared to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the zoning of the balance of the tract or tracts of land described herein. ,-� SECTION 7.
