CALL TO ORDER
Chairman, Joe Lipscomb, called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30
P.M
NEW BUSINTSS
— BBA 89-05, WIII LW- D. TATE
The first item of new business was for the Building Board of Appeals to
consider BBA. 89-05, submitted by William D. Tate, who is requesting a.
variance to Grapevine Code of Ordinance, Chapter 7, Article TV, Fences,
Section 7-127, front yard requirements. The variance is to P--ceed the
three (3) foot front yard height requirenent to a height of eight (8) feet,
a variance of five (5) feet and zero percent visibility.
Greg Wheeler explained that mayor William Tate- is wanting to construct an.
entry into his subdivision, Crystal Butte, from Parr Road. Mr. Wheeler
stated Staff recomends approval for the variance and feels the entr�way
will enhance the "R-20", single-family neighborhood.
With no one to speak either for or against the request, H. J. Harper made a
notion to accept the City ®s recounendation to grant the variance to allow
for an eight (6) 'Loot high fence along Parr Rd. for the Crystal Butte
Subdivision. Art Gordon seconded the motion which prevailed by the
following votes
Ayes.- Lipscomb, Harper, Gordon, Czapanskiy
Nays: None
Absent: Bailey
BBA 89-06. MR. BOB BURRUS
The next item for the Building Board of Appeals to consider was BBA 89-06,
submitted by Mr. Bob Burrus, who is requesting a variance from Grapevine
