S. Benedict ) Councilmen Willis Pirkle ) � Councilman Huber was absent. Mayor Woods called the meeting to order and gave the invocation. The minutes of the previous meetings of February 4th and 5th, � 1969 were read and approved. � ; 023 Rezone Application 69-2 was considered. Noes : None i � 227 Councilman Dalton made a MOTION to approve City Manager Floy � Ezell's recommendation to advance Officer Bill McLain to the position of Seargent in the Police Department.
