The encroachment shown by the most recent survey is o 8 feet, which would allow a 29.2 foot front yard. A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board of Zoning Adjus t at 6 PM on nday, June 5, 1989, in the Court Room/Council Charrhers, 0205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas. Appendix "Y', Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within two hundred feet (2001) of the property on which the variance or exception is requested.
