NDTTCE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA89 -18 -DAVID J. JOHNSTON
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Community
Development by David J. Johnston for 2409 Blair Ct. or as legally
described, Lot 19, Block 5, Blair ,Manor Estates, Grapevine, Texas.
If approved, the variance will be to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82 - -73,
Section 15.G.3, "sR -7.5, Single Family Zoning District regulations which
requires a six. foot (6" } side yard setback (a 4 "11" variance is needed to
provide for the 13 inch sideyard) and to 15.G.6 which requires a a. 12
foot separation between structures on separately platted lot: (also a
4'1.1 "F variance is needed to allow for the 7'1`° separation).
A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board of
Zoning Adjustment at 6 PM. on Monday, June 5, 19€9, in the Court
Room /Council. Chanbers, 4205, 307 west Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas.
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as
the ownership appears on the :last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or
exception is requested. You., as a neighboring property owner, anti /or a
Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views
on the matter. if you are unable to be present, you may send a
representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during
the meeting.
