AN ORDIN.ANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
.AND THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTRICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF CLAYTON KRAMER FROM
"A" SINGLE F.AMILY DWELLING TO "PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; AND PROVIDING FOR A
SAVINGS CLAUSE.
W.E�REAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider a
� zoning change on the below described property has been heretofore
�"" given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of Grapevine,
Texas, has on the lst day of February , 1g72, re-
commended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-
after a part of the ��Planned Development�� District of the City
of Grapevine, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF GRA.PEVINE, TEXAS:

proposed site plan approved by the City Council and attached here-
to as a part of this ordinance and is marked Exhibit ��A" ,
of the City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Grapevine, Texas, and the Use Map attached to such
ordinance is now so changed and amended:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying and being
situated in Tarrant County, Texas, out of the Wm. Driskill
Survey, Abst. 405, more particularly described as follows :
30.166 acres on State Highway 157 and east and north of inter-
section of SH 157 and Hall-Johnson Road.

contained in this ordinance be held to be unconstitutional,
such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining
portion of the ordinance, but in all respect shall remain in
full force and effect.
