NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA89-20-ROY STEWART HOMES
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Community
Development by Roy Stewart Homes for Bruce and Betty Herndon's
residence, Lot 39, Block 6 of Park Place III Addition or as addressed,
1922 Everglade Ct., Grapevine, Texas.
If approved, the variance will be to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82-73,
Section 15.G.2, "R-7.5'.' Single Family Zoning District regulations which
requires a twenty-five foot (25') rear yard setback (a 6.5 foot variance
is needed to provide for a planned addition to the existing house to
allow for an 18.5 foot rear yard).
A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board of
Zoning Adjustment at 6 PM on Monday, July 10, 1989, in. the Court
Room/Council Chambers, #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas.
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as
the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or
exception is requested. You, as a neighboring property owner, and/or a
Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views
on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a
representative or prepare a written. statement which will be read during
the meeting.
