HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA1989-22I ""RAPEVINE 11z june- 23, 1989 NOTICE OF P13BLIC BFARING BOARD OF ZCNTNG ADJUSTY = APPLICATION NUMBER BZA89-22-MIKE KkRE An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Commmity Development by Mike Ware (Kaker & Ware, Inc.) for 1237 Bellaire Drive or Lot 8, Block 9 of Bellaire Subdivision, Grapevine, Ttxas. If approved, the variance will be to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82-73, Section 42.D., "Supplementary District Regulations" which requires a 15 foot setback for single-family hores frcyn the side street, The variance would allow a 13 foot side setback (a 2' foot variance) ; to Section 15.G.2 which requires a 25 foot rear yard, the rear yard is 11 feet and 6 inches, (a variance of 13,498 feet); and to Section 15.G.1 which requires a 30 foot front setback. The front yard is 26 feet, (a 2 foot variance.) The purpose of the request is to make the lot conform to present ordinance requirements to rebuild a portion of the structures Bch were destroyed by fire. A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Boa-rd. of Zoning Adjustment at 6 PM on Monday, July 10, 1989, in the Court RDom/Council Chambers, #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas. Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within two hundred feet 1,200') of the property on which the variance or exception is requested. You, as a neighboring property owner, and/or a Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during the meting.
