The variance is requested to Gra pe-%yine, Zoring Ordinance 82-73, Section
43.E.2, Non Conforming Uses and Structures to allcw a change from, one non
conforming use to another non conforming use.
A public hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board of
Zoning Adjus-=,nt at 6 PIS on Monday, September 5, 1969, in the Court
Rm-n/Cahncil Chambers, #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas.
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent. to all owners of real property (as
the cmmership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred feet (20W) of the property or wh-ich the variance or
exception is requested. You, as a neighI)oring property owner, and/or a
C-Tapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your -views
on the, matter. If you are unable to be present, you n-ay send a
representative or prepare a written statenent which will be read during
the rreet-ing,
