NOTICE OF PUBLIC FM' ING
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA89 -34 WA= HOUSE, INC.
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Community
Development by WAFFI E HOUSE, INC. for Lot 3R3, Block 1, Hayley
Addition. The 22,450 square foot lot fronts the west -bound frontage
road of State Highway 114, just east of William D. 'date Avenue and is
owned by Mx. James P. Christon.
The Board of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Monday
Evening, November 6, 1989, at 6 PM in the Council. Chambers, Rom #205,
307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas, for the purpose of considering
the subject variance being requested to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82 -73,
Section 60.B.2.c.(4) which allows a maximum 12 foot sign cabinet width (a
6 foot variance needed to allow 18 feet) and a maximum 108 square foot
sign cabinet (a 45 square foot variance to allow 153 square feet) .
Appendix "D ", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as
the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or
exception is requested. You, as a neighboring property owner, and /or a
Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views
on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a
representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during
the meeting.
