of 70% masonry requirement for the, "CBD", Central Business Zoning District,
to utilize the renovated residential structure as an. office building. The
property is ovmed by Mr. Joe LipscoQl), Lipscomb and Suzanne Lipscomb.
A public hearing relative to the request will be held by the Board of
Zoning Adjustment on Monday evening, November 6, 1989, at 6 PM, in the
City Council Chamfers, Rcom V05, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas.
Appendix "D", Section 4.9 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as
the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred. feet (200') of the property on which the variance or
