BOARD • ZONING ADJUSTMENT
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA89-37-HANOVER, INC.
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Ccm=ity
Development by Hanover, Inc. for Lots 1R, 3, 4 and 5, Block I of the
Towne Center Addition, City of Grapevine-, Texas, located fronting William
D. Tate Avenue, north of its intersection with the west-bound frontage
road to State. Hiqhway 1.14.
The Board.. of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Monday
Fvening, December 4, 1989, at 6 PM in the Council Chambers, R(xaw #205, 307
West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas, for the purpose of considering variances
being requested to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82-73, Sections 25.G.4 "CC",
Community Co r rcial, requirement for a 20 foot perimeter 'buffer yard
adjacent to Wal Mart, for the purpose of maintaining a Planned Commercial
Center appearance; and to Section 60.B.2.c(4), Sign Regulations, 14 inch pole
sign cabinet depth requirement to allow 36 inches instead®
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as
the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within
two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or
exception is requested® You, as a neighboring property owner, and/or a
Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views
on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a
representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during
the meeting.
