On January 9, 1990, the Board of Zoning Adjustment met and approved your
variance case #RZA89 -39 for your property located at 1449 Rider Circle. The
variances are to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82 --73, Section 15.0.1, allowing
a 1,13 foot encroachment and providing for a 28.87 foot front yard setback;
and to Section 15.G.3, allowing a .69 foot encroachment into the side yard
and providing for a 5.31 foot side yard,
