17 A regular meeting of the Grapevine City Council was held on Dec.
Z0, 1966. Those present were Mayor Woods and Councilmen Benedict,
Pirkle, Dalton and Foust.
The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The Planning and 2or�irlg Board held a public hearing for consider-
ation of applications for amendments to th.e Zoning Map.

625 The Plan�ing and Zoni�g Board recommended to the Council that the
request of Charley Green�s Application 66-25 for lots 9-P and
9-Q in the Foster Surl�ey be rezoned �rom 'tA'� resident3al Dis-
trict to "C" � "D" Dwell.ir�g Distr3ct be proved. A MOTION
by Councilman Pirkle , SECONDED by Counci�man Foust to approve the
request as recommended carried by a yes vote by Councilmen
Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes. t'�.&. b6--���4
725 The Planning and Zoning Board recommended to the Council that
the request of F.Q. Dobekats .�pplication 66-26 for tracts 8-A
and 3D-1 be rezoned from "A" Residintial District to "C" 8 "D"
Dwelling District be disapproved. a MOTION by Councilman Dalton
SECONDED by Cour�cilman Pirkle to disapprove the request as rec-
ommended carried by a yes vote by Councilm.en Pirkle, Dalton and
Foust. There were no noes.
798 Proposed Street Specification Ordinance 66-39 was read which is
captior�ed as follows.

� AN ORDINANCE AMENDITJG TITLE 8, CHAPTER 3, SECTION5 L,
2, 3, �.�., 5, 6, 7 AND 8 OF THE CITY CODE OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TFXHS ESTABLISHING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREETS, CURB AND GUTTERS AND
DRAINAGE SYSTEMS WITHIN THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS.
PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS AND SUPERVISION.
A MOTION by Councilmarl Benedic�, SECONDED by Councilman Dalton
to adopt Ordinance 66-39 on first reading passed by a yes
vote by Cour�cilmen Benedict, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There
were no noes.
886 A MOTION by Councilman Foust, SECONDED by Councilmarl Pirkle
to accept Mr. Woodell Ts petition for anr�exation of his 35.�.}.9
acres of land and to adopt Ordir�ance 66-38, annexing above
� met�tioned land . Motion carried by a yes vote by Counci2men
Benedict, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There were no r�oes.

960 A N�TION by Councilman Pirkle , Seconded by Councilman Foust
to repeal that portion of Ordinance 66-61 which annexed the
land containi�g the facilities of the St. Louis 8 Southwestern
Rail Road , The American Petrofina Company and t�� Conti�etttal
Oil Company. Motion carried by a yes vote by Councilmen
Be�edict, Pirkle, Dalton and Foust. There were no noes.
