FRANCHISE TO GENERAL TEI�EPHONE GOMPANY OF THE
SOUTHWEST, GRANTEE, TO OONSTRUCT, EXTEND, E!�[JIP,
MAINTAIN AND OPERATE IN� AL4NG, UNDER, OVER AND
ACROSS TI-IE PUBLIC STREETS, ALLEYS, BRTDGES,
PUBLIC GROLJNDS AND PL�ACES OF OR WITHIN THE CITY�

Councilman Eidson made a mation to grant Stavall Construction
Co, a permit to build a service station on C. E. Millican' s
property at the Car Wash on W. NW Hwy. Cauncilman parke�'
secanded the motion. Motian prevailed by the following vate:
Ayes: Councilmen Parkex, Harwell, Eidson, Dalton & Thompson.
Noes; None
Councilman Harwell made a motion to grant Aubrey Su�ith a
permit to move his barn onto his property in the west part
of the City. Counc3,lman Dalton seconded the motion. Matian
prevailed by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen Thompsan, Dalton, Ha�well and Parker.
Noes: Caunci7.man Ei.dson.

. recammendation of Planning and Zoning Commission. Councilman
