extraterritorial ju.risdictions of the City of Grapevine and the
City of Southlake; and,
WWHEREAS, the City of Southlake ha� consented to th� City of Grapevine
for the said annexation; and,
���REAS, after considerin�; the annexation of -�he above described
territory, and City Council of said City of Grapevine, Texas has
unanimously voted to �nnex sa�_d tract to said City of Grapevine,
Texas, and.

WHEREAS, a11 legal requirements for the annexation of each said
tr. acts, including publication and public hearing, have been hereto

general welfare, and benefit of the City of Grapevine, Texas and of
and for each said tract, that same be now annexed to the City of
Grapevine, Texas:
NO�� THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINFD BY 1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF'
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
That the tract of land, as above described, be and the same is
hereby annexed to the City of Grapevine, in Tarrant County, Texas,
be and the same is hereby extended. to include the above described
tract of land within the City limits of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
a municipal corporation, and said tract of land, and the �uture in-
habitants thereof shall hereafter be entitled to rights and privileges
of other citizens of the City of Grapevine, Texas and, they shall be
h�reafter bound by the acts and Ordinances of said City.
That if any clause, phrase, sentence, paragraph, or section of this
�" ordinance shall be held void or unconstitutional for any reason,
r same shall not effect the other parts of this ordinance.
