E40' 13, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
A new exterior paint color scheme for the house and detached garage, as follows:
Body of the house and garage — Sherwin Williams' #SW7030, "A New Gray";
Trim of house and garage including door and window trim — Sherwin Williams'
#SW7048 "Urbane Bronze";
as per the attached paint color swatches.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
