The City Council met in regular session on the above date those
present were Mayor Woods, Aldermen Benedict, Pirkle, Huber,
Vandeventer and Parker.
Mr. Earl Dage, Mr. Bedell and Mr. Skinner representing Mr.
M. B. �huler and M Bar S A�res explatned to the council their
plans for developing the 2�.0 acres of land along Highway 121 ,
west of town. The council tenatively approved the preliminary
plat of M Bar S acres and the use of septic tanks on the land.
Truck traffic and the parking of trucks in the residential area
was discussed.
A moti �n by Alderman Pirkle, seconded by Alderman �enedict to
instruct thp City Attorney to draw up and Ordinance controlgng
truck traffic and truck parking in the residential area of the
city. Motion carried by Aldermen Parker, Vandeventer, Huber,
Pirkle and Benedict voting yes with no noes.
' A letter from Mr. Floyd Deacon stating he wants to close a
portion of Dellwood Drive , the portion ad,joining the Cannon
Elementary School on the West and keeping the remaining part `
of the Street opened.
A motion by Alderman Huber, seconded by Alderman Bene�ict to
refer ac�tion on Mr. Deacnn request and authorize the Mayor to
try and work out an agreement on opening the street with the '
school and Mr. Deacon. Motion carried by Aldermen Benedict, Pir�le,
Huber, Vandeventer and Parker voting yes with no noes.
�ecretary to get more informatiQn on plugging the water well that
is out of operation at the present time .

Dog Ordinan�e in the local paper before complete enforcement
of Ordinance.
A motion by Alderman Pirkle , seconded by Alderman Huber to approve
the Prelim�nary Plat of Sunshine Harbor Industrial Addition to
the City of Grapevine. Motion carried by Aldermen Parker, Vandeventer,
Huber, Pirkle , and Benedict voting yes with no noes.
