on November 18, 1958, with the following members present: Mayor Joe
D. Clark; Alderman Doil Dalton, R. T. Eidson, & Wm. H. Kaker; j
Secretary Hugh Millican. Absent members were Aldermen Norris L.
Graham & R. F. Shelton.
I Plans and layout for gasoline pumping facilities for a boat dock
were presented by Silver Lake Enterprises, Inc. , for approval .
k Motion by Alderman Dalton the the City approve these plans, subject
y to final approval by the Corps of Engineers, was seconded by Alder-
MULL Kaker and passed.

Proposed prices of merchandise and services were submitted for the
City Is approval as provided in the Concession agreement between
i Silver Lake Enterprises, Inc. , Alderman Dalton moved the approval
of these prices & the motion was seconded by Alderman Kaker and
I passed.

Engineer ' s report for the sewer line from Ball Street to the new
school location was presented . Approval was given to receive bids
for the work and to receive a recomendation from the School Board
of Trustees as to the letting of this contract since the Board
is to pay for the line. Alderman Eidson offered the following
1 motion: To repay the School Board in part for their costs of the
sewer line , the City is charge an additional $20.00 for sewer taps
into this line , with the additional $20.00 being paid over to the
School District; such payments shall continue until the school
has recovered 2/3 of their costs or until 10 years have passed,
whichever occurs first. In addition, should other extensions be
made from this line , the amount of payment the school is to re-
ceive shall be open for negotiation. Motion was seconded by Alder-
man Dalton and passed. `

Alderman Eidson moved that the engineering contract between the City
of Grapevine and Freese & Nichols be approved and that the Mayor and
City Secbetary be authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Alder-
man Kaker and passed.
