'
' Regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Grapevine was held
on March 2, 1954 with the following members present: Mayor H. M.
Cosnahan; Aldermen Joe Box, J. J. Daniel, Bill Guest , E. M. Pair; and
R., F. Shelton; Secretary H. Millican; and Attorney Tom French.
Minutes of preceeding meeting were read and approved.
Bills listed on the followin� page were allowed for payment.
Alderman Daniel moved that the City offer to enter, into a refunding '
agreement for water facilities to and within the Webster Tract located j
north o� the City Limits with the following conditions to be included: �
1) �ntire tract be brought into the City. j
�� 2) City to install and own all water lines. i
� • 3)- Developer to pay City for cost of all lines. ° ;
; 4) Refunds s�hall be allowed as follows: ;

B. Water Facilities From Highway 114 to the Addition:
1. Shall receive �50.00 per lot or connection
within any future addition which would �
utilize this line for supplying water. ,

2. Shall receive �50.00 for each connection not �
a part of an addition and which cor�nects ;
to this water line. i

3. Payments shall continue until cost or �10,000.00 '
or 15 years hence, which ever shall occur first. ',
The Detailed Contract is to be approved by the Council at a later
meeting. �
Motion seconded by Alderman Box and passed by vote of 4-l; Alderman
Shelton against the 1/3 rate of refund.
-�9 Plat and Dedication of a tract of land adjacent to Block One, Bellaire �
� Addition and owned by H. L. Arnold was presented for approval and �
acceptance. Alderman Shelton moved that the plat and dedication be �
accepted and approved � as presented. Motion seconded by Alderman �
Daniel and passed 3�y vote 5-0.

Motion seconded by Alderman Shelton and passed by vote 5-0. I
Ordinance was numbered 54-$. ',
Alderman Shelton moved that a fifteen minute parking limit be put !
into effect and signserected indicating such for three parking spaces �,
ny�-yo _immediately in front of the Post Office on the west side of Main ;
Street. Motion seconded by Alderman Guest and passed by vote �5-0. i
