David,
As noted in a previous email, the roof lights have been removed from the Grapevine Masonic Lodge building in
preparation for the new roof install. We are committed to continue to work with the parks department for replacing the
lights upon completion of the new roof and will notify them at that time.

I'm still waiting on a response from the lighting contractor. I gave him another message today to remind him that I still
need a quote. I'll let you know when I hear from them.

Jeremiah,
We do need to know the plan with time -frame for reinstalling lights.
This needs to be part of the Building Owners written plan for light removal and replacement, so we can approve the
Certificate of Appropriateness and the Building Permit can be released.

The lights have been removed from the building. The contractor will get me a bid on reinstalling new track and putting
up the old lights once he gets prices and availability. The track that is still attached to the building can be trashed.
So on our side we are all clear.
Let me know if there are any further questions or concerns with Rooftop lighting.
Thank you.

TriVAN Five Year Duro-Last® Elite Contractor Warranty
As a Duro-Last® Elite Contractor, we understand the most critical time for a new building is the first six
months of operation. During this period it is critical that operations are not interrupted by issues such as
compromised roof systems.
Our inspections will be looking for any changes to the roof system, damage caused any weather or human
intervention, any environmental conditions that may be affecting the integrity of the roof system, and any
other systems residing on the roof that may impact operations, for example covers left off of mechanical
units.
This will allow you to provide your owners with the continuity of support and confidence that the roof
system will be secure and will mitigate interruption of operations during that critical window of new
building operations.

Warranty - Duro-Last® is the only roofing manufacturer that offers a 15-
Year Consequential Damage (standard with DL50 Membrane) No Dollar
Limit No Deductible Warranty. If their roof leaks and damages the building
or its contents, Duro-Last® pays. The warranty also includes exposure to
kitchen grease and water ponding which no other manufacturer supports.
Vertical Product Integration —The Duro-Last® warranty extends to
every system component and doesn't stop at the vertical plane
because they make them or OEM them from the manufacturer. It 4R
includes fasteners, vent and curb flashing, insulation, edge metal,
scuppers, standing seam, even gutters and downspouts! No other
roofing manufacturer offers such coverage.

Longevity — All manufacturers make claims about the quality of their product.
Only Duro-Last® has the distinction of having the same proven formula in their
membrane for 41 years. The longest a TPO formula has been in the market is 9
years.
Consumer Protection — Quality is deeply integrated into the Duro-Last® process.
— Prefabrication -Duro-Last® is the only roofing manufacturer that
prefabricates its membrane, flashing and metal edge details in their
manufacturing facilities throughout the country. Robotic technology is used
to weld 85% of the seams and 100% of flashings under environmentally
controlled conditions significantly eliminating the margin for error of field
installation almost entirely, especially relevant in Texas. What remains is
controlled by their best -in -class installation and inspection process.
— Installation —Duro-Last® maintains strict oversight of every step of the
Duro-Last® Roof System installation process. TriVAN's installation and
practices are graded to insure the highest standards for deployment are
maintained in accordance with Duro-Last® design specifications.

— The Duro-Last®Inspection —Every Duro-Last"installation goes through a rigorous inspection
that can last
days not hours. Ever seam, weld, flashing, curb, fastening pattern, edge metal detail, termination bar is
checked to insure the installation meets their best practice specifications to make sure
the installer
"makes the grade"!
Safety — One of the most underappreciated elements of roofing is its flame-
spread rating. This is the propensity of a product to catch and spread fire. The
Duro-Last° roof membrane is the only roof system that is naturally fire retardant
Class A because PVC is derived from salt not petroleum like other membranes
such as TPO Class C. When lives are at stake, Duro-Last® is the safe choice.
Green —The Duro-Last® Roof System "cools" the roof temperatures
and this can reduced energy expenses by 30%. This in turn reduces
heat load extending the useful life of your HVAC systems. Duro-Last®
Cac.r~7_'icn;
is also the only product that is 100% Recyclable!

Coping Versus 2-Piece Compression — Next Practice
We recommend the Duro-Last® 2-Piece compression system be used
to terminate the membrane at the top of the parapet rather than
coping cap. The membrane is fastened only on the outside of the
parapet wall and meets or exceeds ES-1/ASCE-7 "Current" Standards
to 90 MPH.
Systems using coping caps require termination of the membrane
through the top and inside of the parapet as shown below and this
introduces points of failure into the roof system design. This is
exacerbated by the fact that the coping itself requires a seam every
ten feet and at corners. Each seam requires caulk to seal these seams
that shrinks and fails within just a few years. The Duro-Last® Roof
System eliminates both these issues completely.

Prefabricated Roof Membrane Layout Versus TPO
Below is an example of the engineering design for prefabrication of the Duro-Last® Roof System that will be
completed for your Roof System. The blue lines represent seams fabricated in their Carrollton, Texas
fabrication plant (one of four in the US) using automation under strict environmentally controlled conditions
(see photos below or come visit the plant!).
The dotted red lines represent prefabricated sections, welded together in the field by TriVAN's Duro-Last®
Elite Contractor team. By comparison,100% of the blue lines would be welded in the field with TPO,
significantly increasing the margin for error in the implementation process.
Each roof system goes through a three stage inspection/quality audit (see Page 8) as an integral part of the
deployment process before a warranty is issued. Duro-Last® Elite Contractors are graded on each installation
and must maintain a high grade (92 or better) to keep their status with Duro-Last®. By comparison TPO
contractors are not held to this standard.

50 Versus 60 Mil Membranes
While it's commonly believed that thicker
membranes offer superior protection, it's
important to note where that thickness
comes from. The top layer of a membrane -
also known as the "performance" layer - is
the most vulnerable. With daily exposure
to harsh natural elements like UV rays and
unpredictable precipitation, to regular foot traffic
from mechanical and building maintenance,
membranes with inadequate performance layers
are susceptible to accelerated deterioration and
damage.
Duro-tast®s 50 mil flagship membrane is
manufactured with 28 mil of
thickness on the top performance layer,
far exceeding industry standards as well as
competitor systems with equal and even
greater mil values. In fact. ASTM 4434 industry
standards require only 16 mil of thickness above
the scrim reinforcement, allowing for extra
filler material to be added to the bottom layer
to increase overall membrane thickness. This
means that while competitor membranes will be
the same thickness, or even thicker, than Duro-
Last's overall, they don't offer protection where n
counts.
